My appreciation for the outdoors started in New Zealand at an early age.Bought up on the family farm in the eastern Bay of Plenty, with the South Pacific Ocean as an extension of my front yard and the rugged terrain of the Raukumara Wilderness area as the proverbial backyard it was an adventurous upbringing. Now many years later transplanted to the Pacific Northwest,where of course my adventures continue.
